Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation:

   • Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions including requirement gathering configuration testing and deployment.
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their HR requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
   • Provide guidance and best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and configuration.

2. System Configuration and Management:

   • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements.
   • Manage and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud environments ensuring optimal performance and security.
   • Perform regular system updates patches and upgrades.

3. Business Process Analysis:

   • Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
   • Design and implement new HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
   • Develop and maintain process documentation.

4. Training and Support:

   • Provide training and support to endusers on Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
   • Develop training materials and user guides.
   • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud.

5. Integration and Data Migration:

   • Work on integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and thirdparty applications.
   • Perform data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
   • Develop and manage data migration strategies and plans.

6. Project Management:

   • Manage Oracle HCM Cloud projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
   • Collaborate with project managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
   • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 7 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g. Core HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits Learning Recruitment).
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
• Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Oracle BI and reporting tools.
