Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (SFLMS) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 46 years of handson experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors LMS demonstrating strong expertise in designing developing and maintaining learning management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SuccessFactors LMS to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
• Content Management: Manage and optimize learning content courses and curricula within the LMS platform.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to endusers and stakeholders to ensure effective use of the LMS solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for LMS processes configurations and customizations.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LMS applications ensuring minimal disruption to learning activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts project managers and other IT teams to deliver highquality LMS solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize LMS performance and user experience.
• Compliance: Ensure all LMS solutions comply with company policies standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: 46 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Strong understanding of learning management processes and best practices.
  • Experience with configuration and customization of SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Familiarity with integration of LMS with other HR systems and thirdparty applications.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in LMS module.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Performance & Goals.
• Familiarity with content authoring tools and SCORM/AICC standards.
