Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Letter of Credit LOC/LC.
Prepare and process export documents such as commercial invoices packing lists certificates of origin bills of lading and export licenses in compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
Verify accuracy and completeness of all export documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with customs authorities and other government agencies to ensure adherence to export regulations and obtain necessary permits or clearances.
Stay updated on changes in export regulations and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with freight forwarders shipping lines and carriers to arrange timely shipments of goods.
Ensure accurate documentation and communication with all parties involved in the shipping process to prevent delays or discrepancies.
Maintain organized and uptodate records of export documentation including copies of invoices shipping documents and compliance certificates.
Prepare reports on export activities including shipment status compliance issues and documentation errors.
