Title: Peoplesoft Analyst (HCM)

Location: Albany NY (HYBRID)

Were seeking candidates with the following qualifications to join our team:

Responsibilities:

• Experience in eliciting and analyzing stakeholders business needs using various analysis techniques converting these into verified and validated functional and nonfunctional requirements for development.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining software development artifacts to communicate requirements including context diagrams textual use cases swim lane diagrams report specifications wireframes user interface specifications and nonfunctional requirements specifications.
• Skilled in facilitating requirement workshops JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs ensuring effective communication so requirements are understood conveyed and met.
• Experience utilizing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Experienced in developing test plans for projects and overseeing system changes or enhancements to ensure user and program requirements are met.
• Proficient in conducting fit/gap analyses (business needs vs. delivered COTS functionality) to assess the need for customization of proposed COTS products such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools including Salesforce PeopleSoft CRM and Service Management tools.
• Experience working on application integration or data integration initiatives.
