About the role:

Looking for Call Center agents to make outbound calls educate clients and then enroll them in benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various educational programs and the benefits of furthering their education.
• Provide detailed information on the ins and outs of the IT industry and related career opportunities.
• Assist clients in understanding program details and answering their questions thoroughly.
• Enroll clients in the appropriate educational programs based on their needs and career goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak fluidly and persuasively.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge or interest in the IT industry and educational programs.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
