Occupational Therapist-OT

OT will be required to cover 5 facilities in the area not all in 1 week but facilities can be shifted depending upon the needs across all 5 buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Performs evaluations and develops effective resident treatment plans to restore maintain or prevent decline of resident function by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal state and professional standards governing the facility.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in occupational therapy from a university certified by the ACOTE or AOTA.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• COVID Vaccination/ Health Documents/ License/ Physical
