8 years of experience with EHR integrations utilizing Infor integration engine.

5 years of SQL experience

Broad experience with HL7 and batch interfaces and familiarity with all HL7 message types.

Design develop maintain and support HL7 interfaces on the Infor Cloverleaf platform including message translations and Tcl coding.

Requires experience configuring TCP/IP and an understanding of VPN and FTP

Review HL7 interface specifications to identify and resolve questions.

Work with project team members both internal and external on interface development testing and implementation

Create and maintain thorough support documentation.

Provide first level support for integration issues in all environments.

Prioritize and rapidly troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance for customers in our production environment.

Infor Cloverleaf level I (Basic) certification
