Job Description:

TwineChart is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office enabling our team to deliver outstanding results.

Salary: $41500 $58000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Manage and maintain office supplies ensuring inventory is stocked and ordered as needed.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails mail and phone calls.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for team members.
    • Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and distribute them promptly.
  • Documentation and RecordKeeping:

    • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
    • Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations as required.
  • Support for Teams:

    • Assist with various administrative tasks for different departments including HR finance and marketing.
    • Help organize company events meetings and conferences.
  • Customer and Client Interaction:

    • Greet and assist visitors ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with office software including MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
