Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CCTV Technician with indepth knowledge in HD IP PTZ Wireless CCTV and other surveillancerelated technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing CCTV systems as well as providing support for access control devices and other related equipment.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain CCTV systems including HD IP PTZ and Wireless CCTV.
- Set up and troubleshoot access control devices biometric systems EM locks and IO punches.
- Conduct cable laying dressing and ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV and related systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Reset passwords and manage user access for surveillance systems.
- Respond to and resolve any issues related to surveillance equipment promptly.
- Provide technical support and training to endusers on the proper use of surveillance systems.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Document all installation maintenance and repair activities accurately.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HD IP PTZ and Wireless CCTV systems.
- Experience with access control devices biometric systems and EM locks.
- Proficient in networking and familiar with VDP (Video Door Phones).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Good understanding of cable laying and dressing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills.
