As a Technical Application Manager you will:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support on Microsoft 365 collaboration applications (SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive).
  • Proactively coordinate with internal colleagues such as project team members.
  • Ensure the correct maintenance of (selfbuilt) solutions within the workspace.
  • Ensure that end users have the correct training material.
  • Actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself your colleagues and contractors.
  • Answer requests/tickets from stakeholders and/or end users.
  • Followup on requests and support issues.
  • Create new collaborative environments for stakeholders (Teams and team sites).
  • Work with the information management team to ensure that the platforms meet all nonfunctional needs and to identify potential threats to business continuity or data integrity.
  • Coach and train the user community in the correct use of the tools.
  • Create manuals and elearning for easy adoption.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A relevant education at HBO level and an affinity with ICT.
  • At least five years of experience with M365.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience (3 years ) of setting up documentation and information flows in complex project organizations preferably in the infrastructural/offshore field.
  • At least three years of experience with SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • A dynamic enthusiastic and intrinsically motivated attitude taking responsibility and ownership.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Provide effective support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 collaboration applications.
  • Coordinate proactively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage selfbuilt solutions within the workspace.
  • Ensure proper training materials are available for end users.
  • Promote and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Handle and resolve support requests and tickets efficiently.
  • Create and manage collaborative environments and documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential threats to business continuity or data integrity.
  • Train and coach the user community in using collaboration tools effectively.
  • Develop manuals and elearning materials for user adoption.
  • Speak fluent Dutch and English both spoken and written.
