Job Description
- Role Overview:
- As an heavy equipment trainer , you will play a crucial role in training and assessing individuals on various heavy equipment operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that trainees safely operate plant machinery or equipment in compliance with NPORS standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions and assessments:
- Deliver engaging and informative instruction on heavy equipment operations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain courses documentation:
- Ensure accurate record-keeping related to training sessions, assessments, and certifications.
- Instructional Techniques:
- Prepare and deliver both classroom and practical lesson plans aligned with Al Mashreq standards.
- Enable learners to understand relevant legislation, codes of practice, and standards.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other trainers, assessors, and internal staff to maintain high training standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Experienced operators who wish to become heavy equipment trainer must meet the following criteria:
- Hold the appropriate qualifications and experience necessary to train and assess operators.
- Certified from NPORS.
