IT Help Desk Technician

Location: Camarate with weekly visits to Parque das Naes office and sporadic visits toFaro and Porto offices.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities:

• Assist employees with hardware software and network issues;
• Manage tickets and requests in Asana;
• Troubleshoot technical problems;
• Document and monitor incidents;
• Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support;
• Provide stepbystep user guidance;
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with users;
• Handle requests based on priority;
• Collaborate with KW departments and support teams;
• Propose and implement service improvements;
• Monitor system performance for issues;
• Help users follow security policies;
• Train users on equipment and software;
• Generate periodic reports on issues;
• Maintain IT equipment inventory;
• Follow IT trends and suggest improvements;
• Update knowledge bases with solutions;
• Report issues to management;
• Follow company protocols for consistency;
• Prioritize urgent issues;
• Exhibit patience and empathy.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Solutionoriented and cooltempered;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a similar field is an advantage.
