Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Fashion Designer to join our team at AlShiaka Co. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail a passion for fashion and the ability to bring new and unique ideas to the table. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and developing new collections as well as overseeing the production process to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new collections in line with the brands aesthetic and target market
Research current fashion trends and incorporate them into designs
Create sketches and prototypes for new designs
Collaborate with the production team to determine the most effective methods of production
Source and select fabrics trims and embellishments for each collection
Oversee the fitting and approval process for sample garments
Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials for new collections
Attend fashion shows and events to stay uptodate with industry trends and network with other designers and industry professionals

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or related field
At least 3 years of experience in fashion design preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of garment construction textiles and production processes
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
