Junior Software Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs requirements and goals.
  
• Define project scope and objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  
• Develop and document business requirements user stories and use cases.
  
• Create business process models and identify areas of inefficiency and potential for improvement.
  
• Design and develop solutions that meet business requirements and align with project goals.
  
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet requirements and are ready for deployment.
  
• Facilitate effective communication between project team members stakeholders and other involved parties.
  
• Support project management activities including planning tracking and reporting.
  
• Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or any related field.
  
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  
• Worked in largescale/enterprise systems analysis is a must.
  
• Solid experience in writing Systems Reference Document (SRD) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents.
  
• Good background on SDLC. Software Development Life cycle.
  
• Very good writing skills in both Arabic and English including technical and business writing.
  
• Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense.
