What You Will Do

As the IT Manager at Pophouse you will play a central role in ensuring our IT environment is efficient functional and secure. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the companys IT architecture using Microsoft 365 and hosting on Azure. You will be responsible for IT governance implementing and monitoring IT governance models to ensure the IT environment meets high standards and regulatory requirements. In the role you will report to the management team and hold budget responsibility. Additionally you will together with a small team manage daytoday IT operations including troubleshooting user support and system maintenance ensuring seamless and efficient functioning of all IT services.

Additionally your role will include the following key responsibilities:

• Personnel responsibility for a team of three IT specialists.
• Managing the procurement of new IT systems and setting requirements for suppliers to ensure they meet our needs and standards.
• Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect Pophouses digital assets
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and meet their technical needs in various projects.
• Planning executing and following up on activities to ensure a costeffective and wellfunctioning operational environment.
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures for backup and data recovery to protect the companys data.
• Ensuring the IT department has the required expertise in new and emerging areas such as AI and advanced data analysis to support the business in adopting these technologies.

About You

To succeed as an IT Manager at Pophouse we believe you have extensive experience in IT management and are comfortable working both strategically and operationally. Additionally you have some years of experience in leadership roles with a strong ability to lead and develop teams manage supplier relationships and oversee IT system procurement. Experience in cybersecurity AI and advanced data analysis is a plus.

You have previously held budget responsibility and have led IT transformation projects demonstrating your ability to drive change and innovation within an organization. You excel at identifying technical needs across different departments and acting on them effectively ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently. Your interest in new technologies helps you drive continuous improvement and innovation within the company.
