Order Processing Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth operational flow in the fulfilment of orders and also maintenance of inventory which will involve picking and packing for online orders. You will work closely alongside the operations director and also the sales director.

This job requires someone who is

• Able to work independently
• Ok to work alone
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Meticulous and responsible
• Only for Singaporeans and PRs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for picking and packing ecommerce orders and arranging for fulfilment
• Responsible for processing trade orders and arranging for invoicing and fulfilment
• Ensure proper record and documentation of incoming and existing inventory
• Responsible for quality checks of inventory
• Perform shipment coordination with freight forwarders customers and vendors
• Manage defective and expiring inventory and facilitate disposal
• Coordinate and track purchases from suppliers
• Keep inventory records for forecasting purchasing needs
• Handle customers' enquiries
• Any other miscellaneous duties as required
