Quality Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through rigorous testing and analysis. This role involves working closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues improve processes and ensure our offerings meet the highest standards of quality.

Tasks

Test Planning and Execution of test plans and test cases for various products and services.

Collaboration with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.

Participate in design and code reviews to provide a quality perspective.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.

Use test automation tools and frameworks to execute automated tests.

Ensure that products meet the companys quality standards and customer expectations.

Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and work with the development team to resolve them.

Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and reports.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in software development.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.

Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).

Experience in performance testing and using performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter).
