Job Description

Our client is a German fastgrowing startup that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to be responsible for the full recruitment cycle working directly with hiring managers and help shaping the companys hiring strategy.

Tasks

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing assessing and matching candidates to open roles)
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract the best talent and create a pipeline for future roles
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the roles indepth deliver a tailored approach and report on recruitment metrics
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications skills and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates regularly checking on the progress of individual processes to guarantee a great candidate experience
  • Liaising with the People and Culture Manager on Onboarding plans
  • Actively looking for ways to improve the processes workflows and the use of tools

Requirements

  • Full professional level of English
  • Any other European language (German is a big plus!)
  • A degree in HR or any other field
  • At least 3 years of full recruitment cycle experience for a variety of roles
  • Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS candidate and job management
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment ensuring a seamless recruitment process and meeting targets and deadlines
  • Patient resourceful and proactive who takes great pride in your work
  • A great team player with stealer communication and interpersonal skills who is reliable and inspires trust in the team
  • You place a high value on candidate experience
