We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Product Manager Working Capital Solutions
to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of our working capital solutions.
The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision strategy and roadmap collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Tasks
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research customer feedback and business objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineering design and business development teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and highquality execution.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop gotomarket strategies and drive product adoption and growth.
- Monitor product performance and KPIs conduct data analysis and gather insights to inform product decisions and optimizations.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and competitive landscape and proactively identify risks and opportunities for the product.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in product management within the Fintech industry with a focus on working capital solutions or related financial products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products or features from concept to delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven decisionmaking mindset with proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a customercentric approach able to balance shortterm priorities with longterm goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to financial products is a plus.
