Position Description

As a Technical Writer you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for both our valued customers and Cinemos internal staff through comprehensive documentation. Creating new content reviewing editing and advisory tasks are integral part of your daytoday. As a member of the Technical Writing Team you will work within the Digital Transformation Department a group on the forefront of transforming Cinemos business and associated systems.

In this role you will:

• Create review and edit a diverse crosssection of technical nontechnical internal and customerfacing documentation
• Interact cooperate and cocreate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Get involved with analyzing customerreported technical issues and transform the resulting information into meaningful documentation
• Collect and provide feedback about Cinemos documentation and drive quality improvement efforts
• Proactively participate in contentrelated decisionmaking and conceptualization

What you will need to succeed:

• Background or experience in the Software Engineering industry preferably in roles that involve documentation or business analysis
• Working knowledge of versions control systems familiar with basic repository operations
• Comfortable with working on content outside of WYSIWYG editors
• Technical fluency and interest able to grasp complex engineering concepts
• Experience with the Atlassian software ecosystem (Confluence Jira Bitbucket) is a plus
