The position is available from January 1 2025 at our Production Plant in Einsteinstrae in Fulda.

Your Role

• Technical and personnel management of our electronics production with the three production teams Assembly & Test SMT and Test Engineering (approx. 20 people) with direct reporting to the CEO
• Overall responsibility for the production processes: SMT / THT / electrical test / coating / depaneling / device assembly / device packaging / production scheduling / test creation / device repair / technical inspection of customer returns
• Intensive collaboration with other departments (Purchasing & Logistics Sales R&D Administration (House Technicians))
• Planning tracking and responsibility for budgets e.g. preparation and specialist evaluation of an investment plan
• Ensuring technical thematical and legal aspects (ESD IPC A610 etc.)
• Fulfillment of quality requirements beyond ISO 9001
• Introduction of new processes and procedures to meet the everincreasing demands on the department
• Optimization of processes and procedures in SAP
• Maintenance management and reporting (KPIs agreement on departmental targets and their implementation etc.)
• Conducting employee appraisals (PDEs regular task coordination 1on1s etc.)

Your Skills

• You have already gained relevant professional experience in a corresponding leadership role (min. 5 years) ideally in electronics production
• You have sound knowledge of production planning scheduling and optimization as well as quality management (ISO 9001)
• Experience in the production processes listed above as well as knowledge of IPCA610
• Good knowledge of an ERP system (ideally SAP)
• You are a strong communicator in German as well as in English
• Pronounced leadership skills assertiveness as well as strategic thinking and acting characterize you
• In addition a high level of initiative decisionmaking skills and a handson mentality complete your profile
