- Leading and managing drug discovery projects to deliver clinical drug candidate records
- Executing ADC projects, including coordination and management of small molecule synthetic projects
- Applying professional knowledge of organic synthetic chemistry ods to successfully lead the research and development of new ADC on multiple projects at the same time
- Having an in-depth understanding of the selection and evaluation of drug candidates
