Job Description

Job Title: Entry Level Social Media Coordinator

Location: Jersey City NJ

Position Type: FullTime

Department: Marketing/Communications

Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and motivated Entry Level Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. As an Entry Level Social Media Coordinator you will assist in managing and growing our social media presence engaging with our audience and supporting our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create schedule and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to customer inquiries and comments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay uptodate with current social media trends best practices and emerging platforms.
  • Assist in managing relationships with influencers and industry partners for collaboration opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with potential brand advocates and customers to foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn).
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
