Job Summary: The HR Executive will support various human resource functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. This role involves assisting in developing HR policies ensuring they are implemented effectively and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional manner.

Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process including coordinating evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Help identify training and development needs and organize training programs.

HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts and policy manuals.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
