Java Application architect

Description

We currently have a vacancy for an Application Architect (Java) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
• Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
• Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers;
• Production of software architecture documents;
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing analysis technical documentation deployment evaluation and reporting;
• Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components;
• Production of use case models software architecture documents design and analysis models implementation models.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 12 years of relevant working experience;
• More than 5 years of experience with Java;
• More than 5 years of experience with BPMN;
• More than 5 years of experience with Agile;
• Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;
• Good knowledge of applications design;
• Good knowledge of modelling tools;
• Good knowledge of Relational DBMS;
• Good knowledge of business process analysis;
• Good knowledge of J2EE development;
• Good knowledge of workflows design and development;
• Good knowledge of UI framework such as Angular;
• Knowledge of interoperability technology (SOA);
• Proven experience in complex UI interface development;
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design;
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is required;
• Excellent command of the English language.
