Job Description

Primary Responsibilities of a Technical Recruiter
Collaborate with the Lead/Manager and understand the client job requirement
Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites social media LinkedIn and company portals etc.
Source qualified candidates from social media internal databases and different job portals
Send Introductory email with the job description to the shortlisted candidates
Approach over social media LinkedIn and via making phone calls to screen the suitable candidates as per the client requirement
Get the required authorizations documents updated resumes etc. to submit their profiles to for the submission approval
Negotiate the Compensation relocation notice periods work authorization onboarding dates etc. as per the client needs
Prepare the submission approval template and summary of the resume/vendor note as per the process of submission
Upon receiving the submission approval share the profile in required format with the client manager/account executive
Coordinate the candidature with the lead and client managers/account executives for the interview and/or for further documentation or reporting etc.

Skills Required
A Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably from the computer/IT domain
Excellent communication skills must be able to communicate in English effectively
Must have at least 2 years of handson sourcing and recruiting experience on IT Requirements in
US Staffing
Basic understanding of Application Networks Infrastructure Cloud Servers and other latest
technologies
Experience in using various job portals MS Office Applications ATS and CRM tools
Familiarity of using Communication tools like Zoom MS Teams Skype etc
Excellent Negotiation and decision making skills
