Job Description
Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Obtaining professional accounting certifications (such as CPA) may be beneficial.
Financial experience: Previous experience in managing and implementing financial operations and preparing budgets, idealmente in the private or public sector.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data and provide reports and recommendations on financial policies.
Leadership and Direction: Ability to lead and direct the budget team to achieve the organization's goals.
