Job Description

In this exciting role as an Industrial Sales Engineer specializing in manufacturing materials such as composite bearings or similar you will be a key player to drive customer success with in this industry by establishing networks initiating new projects and ensuring seamless transitions to internal sales teams.


Your role involves:

  • Generate and establish prospective contracts within designated area.
  • Leverage many tools; CRM LinkedIN to proactively reach potential customers
  • Target decision making entities; design centers and headquarters along with plant locations.
  • Utilizing technical expertise to address challenges and propose innovative solutions to attract new customers annually.
  • Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to ensure timely product developments aligned with customer needs.
  • Tracking market trends to guide new business ideation and fostering an entrepreneurial culture across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet growth objectives and adapt to market changes.
  • Ability to meet or exceed growth objectives and adapt to market changes
  • Strong strategic planning technical financial and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication presentation research and analytical abilities.
  • Enthusiastic with a sincere customerservice orientation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5 10 years Industrials sales Engineering experience business development or engineering experience bearing experience preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and industry knowledge of composite bearings with commercial experience preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and passport for travel expected up to 60% of the time domestically and internationally.

Location: Remote in Houston TX but will travel to corporate office in Indiana a few times a month.

Salary: $100k$140k incentive bonus and excellent benefits commensurate based on experience
