Summary:

Seeking a Petrel Analyst with prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry specifically in upstream Geology/Geophysics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Petrel/Techlog downloads and basic testing without the need for coding.
• Possess 5 years of experience in license usage reporting triage troubleshooting ticket management and packaging support/testing.
• Primary responsibility includes updating licenses on Windows for upstream applications from various vendors.
• Collaborate with the Packaging team to define requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a wide range of applications.
• Manage knowledge transfer sessions and documentation handover from the project team to the application support team.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in license and packaging support.
• Light scripting abilities; no programming required.
• Proficiency in License Management and Packaging.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Center skills is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Packaging tasks will be conducted onpremises.
• Licensing activities increase towards the end of the year while packaging remains consistent throughout.
• Annual package and upgrade cycles with some occurring quarterly.
