Course Coordinator
Were seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
Experience : 01 year
Education: Any Graduation
Location: NSP Delhi
Work schedule: 5 days a week (includes one weekday and one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday with the requirement to handle evening calls).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with course enrollees
Manage student profiles and provide support
Handle emails and calls
Monitor complaints and provide assistance
Follow up with participants
Track candidate performance
