Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Associate

Location: Ahmedabad

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Project Management Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and team members to support the planning execution and monitoring of various projects within the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about project management and eager to gain handson experience in a fastpaced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues escalating as needed.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decisionmaking and problemsolving.
  • Act as a quick thinker leveraging creative solutions and good decisionmaking skills to overcome project challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations proposals and other projectrelated documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful execution of projects.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or any field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be a quick thinker creative problem solver and possess good decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Previous experience or knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
