Regularly assess and refine sales strategies identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
Act as a company ambassador at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and open new business channels
Generate and present reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activities to senior management
Guide the sales team towards excellence and achievement through continuous mentorship
Experience you will need:
At least 510 years of experience in progressive outside sales roles with a preference for those within the construction industry
Excellent communication skills across various mediums (phone email) coupled with strong data management abilities
Proficiency in reading blueprints computer literacy and experience with CRM software (e.g. Cosential Hubspot Salesforce)
Independent and teamoriented leadership capabilities with a high level of selfmotivation
A Bachelor s Degree in Business Construction Management or related field with a strong business acumen
A valid driver s license and a commendable driving record
