As a Project Manager Industrialization you will have the opportunity to design and build the first production line for Swedish OEM Autonomous Solutions meant to go from prototype build to small serial production.

Key Responsibilities:
Define key activities and ensure they are delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget
Develop and update the main time plan to keep the project on track
Define and monitor the project budget which includes both resources and investments
Build a team and monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure everything progresses smoothly
Secure manufacturing capacity for scalable serial production
Actively participate in decisionmaking through reference and steering committees
Communicate with concerned line organizations and management to keep everyone informed and involved in the projects progress

Master or bachelors in manufacturing engineering/automation or equal job experience
Experience from project management within manufacturing
Experience from lowvolume flexible and versatile production facilities is a merit
Fluency in Swedish and English in both speech and writing are a requirement.
