Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by effectively communicating testing progress, roadblocks, and solutions.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering all functionalities of our clients' products, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Developing and maintaining manual and automated test scripts using frameworks.
- Identify and report bugs and defects clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest QA tools and odologies.
- Continuously improve the overall QA process.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in software testing.
- Proven experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks is required.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving ss.
- Strong attention to detail and a pion for quality.
