Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
  
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
  
• Prepare drafts and present ideas.
  
• Develop graphics for product illustrations logos and other designs using software.
  
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  
• Test graphics across various media.
  
• Design and create motion graphics videos.
  
• Insert music (background music and SFX) dialogs graphics and special effects as needed.
  
• Assist in selecting audio motion graphics video editing color combination typography etc. for graphic design.
  
• Amend designs after feedback.
  
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing.
  
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
  
• Experience in designing pharmaceutical product materials.
  

Job Duties:

• Draft mockups of website designs brochures iconography and any other marketing materials required.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective and use their feedback to develop final drafts.
  
• Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for our brand materials.
  
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Experience: 35 years with Photoshop Illustrator Adobe XD and Core Draw.
  
• A bachelor s degree in graphic design or a related field is usually required.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  
• Handson experience in Photoshop and Core Draw (mandatory).
  
• Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
  
• Experience in pharmaceutical product designs is preferred.
  

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience: 35 years in graphic design specifically with Photoshop Illustrator Adobe XD and Coral Draw.
  
• A bachelor s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  
• Additional courses related to graphics are an advantage.
