Role Summary: As a UX Researcher for AI Experiences you will play a crucial role in conducting generative and evaluative research to support product design and enhance user experiences. You will collaborate with design data science and engineering teams to develop and ship product experiences that delight users and contribute to responsible AI.

4. What are the key responsibilities

Drive conduct and collaborate on user research to understand user needs and desires validate designs and generate insights for intelligent features and capabilities.

Document and present research insights and recommendations to influence product design and direction.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams to design and ship product experiences.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success

MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:

24 years of experience conducting product design research including usability studies field studies interviews concept validation and surveys.

MA/MS in Experimental Psychology Cognitive Psychology Human Factors HumanComputer Interaction or related field OR significant industry experience.

Strong presentation communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze research data and present actionable insights.

Comfort in tackling challenging research questions and developing study plans.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in conducting productrelated genAI UX research.
