Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media email marketing SEO and PPC.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs social media posts newsletters and website copy.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with the Companys objectives.
- Maintain and update the company s CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing preferably within a recruitment or professional services environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
