Our client a fastgrowing ecommerce business is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

• Craft and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
  

• Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns to achieve company KPIs.
  

• Lead and mentor a team of 34 marketing specialists fostering their performance knowledge and expertise.
  

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that stimulate conversions.
  

• Work closely with the data team to analyze campaign data identifying areas for improvement.
  

• Monitor industry trends and best practices ensuring uptodate knowledge of emerging technologies and techniques.
  

• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a relevant field.
  

• Proficiency in the English language particularly in reading comprehension.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of ecommerce experience with a primary focus on performance marketing.
  

• At least 1 year of team management experience overseeing 35 marketing specialists.
  

• Indepth technical expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms encompassing campaign setup targeting optimization and analytics.
  

• Experience with Google TikTok or Pinterest ads is advantageous.
  

• Proven track record in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
  

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  

• Robust analytical aptitude and the capacity to derive actionable insights from data to steer business decisions.
  

• Selfmotivated individual comfortable with navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  

• Adept at collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
