Job Description

This is a Virtual Drive for the Global Audit Domain scheduled for Wednesday June 5 2024 with one of the Big 4 consulting firms for Gurgaon and Hyderabad locations


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for multinational clients.
  • Lead and execute complex audit engagements including planning risk assessment testing and reporting.
  • Evaluate internal controls identify control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
  • Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in various jurisdictions.
  • Communicate audit findings recommendations and insights to clients management and stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including tax advisory and consulting professionals to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on emerging accounting standards regulatory changes and industry trends affecting multinational corporations.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (Nov23)/(May23).
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
