Job Description

As an Executive Admin & HR you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR and Accounts teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our company. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Maintain and update visitors inward vehicle record books official sim cards maintenance files including asset and renewal lists.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks with vendors (carpenter painter electrician etc.).
  • Oversee housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Handle renewals related to company licenses permits and certifications (e.g. trade license fire safety etc.).
  • Coordinate travel bookings and visa processing for management and employees.
  • Organize and manage various office events and activities including logistics purchasing props and gifts and arranging food/snacks.
  • Support vendor registration process by preparing general tender documents and register company representatives for various exhibitions conferences etc.
  • Support the endtoend recruitment process from posting job openings to on boarding new employees.
  • Address employee queries and concerns contributing to fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and identify opportunities for employee skill development.
  • Assist and coordinate with the design engineering team HR finance team and management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in executive administration and human resources roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • You are ready to serve minimum service commitment of 2.5 years in our company.
