Our Madrid location serves as a hub for IT and other professional services within the Axpo group. In this role youll engage closely with various stakeholders across the organization. You will join the crossfunctional Netreo Team collaborating with colleagues from Axpo Systems a subsidiary of Axpo Company. We are currently looking for a committed Application Owner for Netreo to strengthen our team. Within our IT department your key responsibilities will include the upkeep and development of our Performance Management application. What you will do:

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of our Netreo Performance Management application.
• Develop and optimize alarm templates to improve our monitoring strategies.
• Design and maintain the application structures across various instances to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Perform updates and regression testing to ensure application stability and performance.
• Coordinate and manage the development of features and bug fixes in close collaboration with our suppliers.

What you bring & who you are:

• Successfully completed a university degree in business administration or computer science & business informatics or equivalent operational experience.
• Proven experience in the operational management of applications preferably in the area of monitoring applications.
• Solid knowledge in the use and management of monitoring applications ideally Netreo.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
