Finance and Accounts Manager - HASHIMANI FURINTURE LLC

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Finance and Accounts Manager . As the Finance and Accounts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes. This is a key leadership role within our organization and we are looking for someone who can provide strategic guidance and drive financial success.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department

Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls

Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts

Monitor cash flow accounts receivable and accounts payable

Create financial documents such as bills invoices payorders payables receivables and purchase orders.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and accounting standards

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking

Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors

Train mentor and supervise accounting staff

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Masters degree preferred)

Minimum of 45 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Minimum of 2 Years experience in accounting in Oman

Proven experience in a leadership or managerial position

Strong knowledge of accounting principles practices and regulations

Proficient in financial software systems (e.g. ODOO SAP)

Excellent analytical skills with attention to details

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
