Graphic Designer - EP

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging graphics for various platforms.

Duties:
Create and design graphics for marketing materials including brochures flyers banners and social media posts
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for new campaigns
Use graphic design software to produce highquality designs
Conduct market research to stay updated on current design trends and competitor activities
Edit and retouch photos using photo manipulation techniques
Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders for approval
Sketch initial design ideas and present them for feedback and review
Assist with photography needs for product shoots or promotional events
Ensure color management consistency across all designs
Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency in all visual materials
Assist with logo design and branding initiatives

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail and creativity
Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is a plus
Ability to art direct projects and provide guidance to other designers
Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

Experience:

• Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)
