Who Are you

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in a growthfocused role preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Full proficiency in English (read written and spoken) is required. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition retention and revenue growth.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles.
  • What are you going to do

    1.Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Analyze competitive landscape and recommend strategies to enhance market positioning.
    2. User Acquisition and Retention:
    • Design and execute effective user acquisition campaigns across various channels.
    • Develop and optimize user retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
    • Monitor and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement.
    3. Revenue Growth and Optimization:
    • Identify and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Analyze revenue streams and recommend optimization initiatives.
    4. Product Development and Innovation:
    • Collaborate with product teams to identify and develop new products and features.
    • Conduct market validation and testing to ensure productmarket fit.
    • Drive innovation by staying uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on growth metrics and insights.
    • Use datadriven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize growth initiatives.
