What are you going to do

The Maintenance & Repair Executive will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet (electrical mopeds & ebikes) ensuring compliance with safety regulations and enhancing our processes for maximum efficiency.

1. Vehicle Maintenance Oversight:
   • Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair work for GO Sharingselectrical mopeds & ebikes.
   • Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition and comply with industry standards.
2. Supervision and Coordination:
   • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance and repair team.
   • Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities.
3. Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
   • Generate regular reports on vehicle status maintenance activities and any issues encountered.
4. Quality Control:
   • Conduct inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and repair work.
   • Implement and uphold quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for improving maintenance procedures and implement best practices.
   • Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
6. Inventory Management:
   • Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
   • Ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials to avoid delays in maintenance work.
7. Compliance and Safety:
   • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
   • Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team and conduct regular safety training sessions.
