What you will do:

• Drive Technological Innovation: Lead the technical execution of IAM changes and new initiatives ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Your expertise will guide the development of robust system architectures and the seamless integration of new technologies.
• Enhance Business Efficiency: Work closely with business units and IT teams to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations in terms of functionality and security all while ensuring economic efficiency.
• Champion UserCentric Designs: Utilize your deep understanding of client needs to tailor IAM systems that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate and Influence: Collaborate with architects and engineers to define and refine system specifications.
• Shape the IAM Landscape: Influence the future direction of our IAM capabilities by participating in planning ensuring our solutions are futureproof and aligned with industry best practices.
• Ensure ICT Security Compliance: Oversee the implementation and adherence to ICT security requirements throughout the architecture and system development lifecycle.
• System Requirement Collection: Collect requirements from systems and subsystems including interfaces ensuring full integration and functional coherence.
• Agile Methodology Implementation: Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies within the project team enhancing responsiveness and iterative development.
• Strategic Contribution and Roadmap Development: Actively contribute to the vision and roadmap of the IAM landscape aligning it with longterm business goals and technology trends.

What you bring & who you are:

• Successfully completed degree in information technology business information technology or comparable. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant fields are highly valued.
• Strong foundational knowledge in designing and managing IAM frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry standards including OAuth2 SAML OpenID LDAP and Microsofts Active Directory and Azure Active Directory platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Entra Identity Governance demonstrating comprehensive understanding and proficient use of these platforms within IAM solutions.
• Deep familiarity with various authentication protocols ensuring secure and efficient user access control.
• Experience with IAM products like One Identity SailPoint and NetIQ is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with Active Directory (AD) Azure Active Directory (AAD) Windows Server Internet Information Services (IIS) SQL Server and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and infrastructure management enhancing our cloudbased IAM solutions
• Strong analytical skills reliability ability to operate independently customeroriented perspective critical thinking skills and readiness to support the team through oncall services when necessary.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken. German and Spanish are an advantage.
