Senior Security Consultant

Requirements

• Previous experience in the development of Key Performance measures to track successful implementation of the Cyber security strategy and polices.
  
• Ensuring alignment of National Policy with legal and regulatory frameworks and organisational objectives and goals.
  
• Stakeholder management to ensure policy meets all National stakeholder requirements and is written so that it is accepted and implementable.
  
• Development of cyber security requirements for future activities aligned to the capability roadmap.
  
• Mentor client policy team.
  
• General security consultancy taking responsibility for the definition documentation and successful completion of complex projects
  
• Identifying problems / risks arise that will affect delivery and manages these appropriately.
  
• Leading teams and / or deliverables with responsibility for delivering to plan (e.g. prioritizing and organizing multiple activities).
  

• Substantial experience working at a National Policy Standards of organizational policies for CISO/CIO or at National Levels.
  
• Understanding of cyber security policies including developing these for large organizations or at National levels.
  
• Strong Experience in information security Cloud security Network security.
  
• Experience as a security consultant 1015 years minimum.
  
• Strong experience in writing and developing documentations about Cyber Policies and Standards.
  
• You will need to have experience as a Cyber security consultant to be considered for this role.
  
• Experience working with International Government departments ideally the NCSC or foreign equivalents in the Europe middle east.
  
• Client side consulting including stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate insights and concepts to others (including briefing skills and report writing) having and maintaining Credibility is essential.
  
• Able to understand and adapt to different cultures and hierarchical structures.
  
• Team player and adapt at working in multidisciplinary and diverse teams to include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate the impact and importance of detailed technical information to nontechnical and senior audiences. Arabic speaking would be advantageous but it not mandatory.
  
• Selfmotivated and motivates others keeping morale and performance high.
