You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo contribute to the business excellence and quality management of BNET through elishing centralized quality policies and manuals, monitor and review BNET policies and manuals on a periodical basis and ensure they are aligned with the industry best practices and standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic
ist the department Head in preparing the strategy and the strategic initiatives for the sub-function aligned to the Functional Strategy
Support in monitoring, tracking, and reporting performance against strategic initiatives
Financial
ist the department Head in preparing the budget for the department
Support in monitoring and tracking adherence to the approved budget
Operations
Support in elishing the purpose and objectives of the quality management system that are aligned with organization's overall goals.
Support in identifying the relevant quality management standards and regulations that are applicable to our industry or sector. (i.e. ISO 9001:2015).
Support in reviewing polices and manuals and identifying areas that need improvement.
Support in elishing clear quality policies that outline the organization's commitment to quality and are aligned with the identified standards.
Support in conducting inspections to ensure that the QMS is being followed. Identify and report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
Support in developing processes and controls to monitor and measure the quality of products or services.
Support in providing training to the employees on the QMS, quality policies, and procedures.
Support in elishing metrics and key performance indicators to track the performance of the QMS. yze data to identify trends and opportunities for corrective actions.
People
Take ownership for attending the trainings as per the plan
Take ownership for completing PMS process, employee engagement surveys in time
Continuously share the knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry and business trends
Motivate and build a healthy work environment within the team. Provide support in resolving work related / other concerns in an effective manner
Experience
3-5 years’ experience in quality management, including experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system.
Experience in conducting quality audits, identifying, and reporting non-conformances, and recommending corrective actions.
Experience in providing training and support to employees on the requirements of a quality management system.
Experience with business process modeling tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
