JBC Products and Services is currently seeking a meticulous and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. Responsibilities:
Accurately input update and maintain product and service data records in our database.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness by conducting regular reviews and crossreferencing.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to products and services.
Assist in compiling data for reports and presentations as needed.
Respond promptly to data inquiries and requests from various departments.
Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entries.
Follow established data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
Required Work Experience or Education:
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
Proficiency in data entry software and tools such as Microsoft Excel or similar programs.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
