Job Description:

This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication between our company and our clients ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Manage both incoming and outgoing communications with clients including calls texts and emails ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Liaison Duties: Act as a bridge between clients and technicians facilitating clear and efficient communication to resolve queries and issues.
- Organization and Followups: Maintain an organized workflow to ensure all client requests are tracked and resolved. Manage a basic checkpath and followup system to keep clients informed about the status of their inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Ensure that all client issues are addressed promptly involving appropriate team members and coordinating efforts to provide solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Abilities: Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high levels of client service.

Training and Tools:
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools is beneficial but not required. We will provide comprehensive training for all necessary software.
